Raw MR Data QC Metrics Included in Scans TSV File

The session folder sub-[ID]_ses-[V0X]_scans.tsv files include the following fields relevant to QC (other fields, such as filename, site, etc. not shown below).

Field Description
part_of_a_pair Whether the DWI file is part of a pair
loris_qc_status Pass/Fail mapping from UCSD QC JSON file
loris_selected Whether file is selected for further processing
bad_philips_exam_card_values Whether the QALAS exam card used for acquisition was incorrect
nrev Number of manual QC reviewers
revdisp If there was disparity/disagreement between reviewers
QC Overall manual QC score: 1 (pass), 0 (fail). Note: scans with only automated, and not manual, QC performed have a QC field value of 1
notes Optional notes from manual QC review
QU_motion Qualitative manual QC score for motion (sMRI & qMRI)
QU_sus Qualitative manual QC score for susceptibility artifact (dMRI, fMRI, & field maps)
QU_cutoff Qualitative manual QC score for FOV cutoff artifact (dMRI, fMRI, & field maps)
